Garden Tours

Maritime Museum Garden Tour - May '07

These are only a few photos of the many fine gardens on this tour. We definitely look forward to next year's selections.

Mckayla plays hostess to your grandma's friends.

My granddaughter Mckayla Schnell plays hostess to our friends (Gail & Paul Pudlinski and Tom Fitzpatrick w/Teresa Yost Bennet) as we head to the next location! Here we are at Tydings Park.

Oops, Mckayla tricks Teresa into a little playtime on the way!    Just beyond this entry is a surprise of color and beauty!

Oops...Mckayla takes in a bit of playtime! (L) Then on the right we enter beautiful gardens just beyond this view! (R)

The line of color gently directs your eyes to the water!

Ahhh...she's marching right through the bounty of color

and spots the water just beyond!

A beautiful garden hide-a-way!

Ellie (your website host) has decided that this is a writer's haven.

A surprise sculpture draws your eye into beautiful design.

This sculpture draws

you in to the beautiful

design of the landscaping,

and might even catch you by surprise and bring a smile!

Landscaping that brings a sense of color and serenity poolside!

Needless to say, Mckayla loved this location.

Of course, the dog she befriended had a lot to do with it!

This new garden is already beautiful! Imagine it in a couple years!

This new garden is already beautiful. Throughout the season it will only grow more so. But, more importantly, are the coming years that will make it splended!

Porches always pull us in. But the color and stone path make it ever more inviting.

This beckoning porch is so inviting. The colors make us smile.

The stone path leads the way. The many chairs and rockers

just say, "Come on up. Stay a while!" (Iced Tea anyone!)

There's always fun in town. You can make your own fun, browse the shops, enjoy a tasty morsel at one of our eateries, walk the promenade, play in a park, buy an ice cream sundae, visit a museum or just sit on a bench and

"people watch."

Be sure to check our Calendar, Entertainment,

& Feature Atractions pages for the latest updates on what's happening. Then scan the rest of the site for your particular area of interests.

Or send me an e-mail if you need some specific info.
